I've worked in the Games Industry for roughly 3 years now as a concept artist. I’m very versatile, having worked on game IPs such as Spongebob and Tak whilst also being able to deliver highly finished artworks such as the Mantis Queen. I love Prog Rock and it certainly has an influence on the subject matter I choose for my personal works. I also love curry, but sadly I have yet to paint an image paying homage to curry…maybe one day.
Currently I'm writing a fantasy novel entiteld Exula which I hope to see completed in 2009. When i'm not writing or painting, I also like to try my hand at sculpture; making maquettes out of sculpey. One of my goals for the second half of this year is to break into Zbrush. I've already started to use it to develop brushes for photoshop, now I need to take it one step further.
